…have several symptoms associated with LARS but they are manageable and I don't have abdominal pain. I have gas when I stand up after sitting for about an hour, and walking for more than 5-6 minutes creates a sense of urgency to head for the nearest bathroom. I carry a diaper bag when we go anywhere. So far, I haven't had any embarrassing incidents.
